Jess Ross
Library Director
Head of Adult Services
Jess comes to MSL with 15 years of progressive library and non-profit management experience in New Hampshire ranging from school libraries and special collections to public and corrections libraries. She holds an MA in Public History with concentrations in Digital Archives and Non-profit Mgt. and certification in Human Resources Mgt. In her spare time, Jess moonlights as a Justice of the Peace, an American Red Cross Instructor and is the proud parent of two great college kids and three badly-behaved cats.

Cindy
ILL/Circulation Supervisor
Cindy has worked at Minot-Sleeper Library since 2002! She's helped multiple generations of families to sign up for library cards and choose books. She enjoys working with all the wonderful people that come into the library. When not at the library, Cindy enjoys music, old movies, baking, quilting and spending time with her family. She loves the sense of community that exists at the library. Cindy is the proud grandmother of four amazing grandsons.

Fiona
Technical Services Librarian
Fiona holds a B.A. in English from Mount Holyoke College, where she worked in the Williston Academic Library all four years, initially as a circulation desk assistant and then as a supervisor. She loves to read, all things crafting, and always has a creative project going. Fiona grew up as a patron of the Minot-Sleeper Library and always enjoyed our collection of classic films and musicals. She enjoys serving the community as part of the library staff, and is currently working toward earning her MLIS degree.

Circulation and Technical Services Assistant
Kate holds a B.A. in Communication Media from Assumption University in Massachusetts, and was employed as an executive assistant in Boston for fifteen years. Kate has been a visitor to Bristol since childhood and has lived here full time for six years. She loves to read, explore new restaurants, and travel to her favorite island, Nantucket.
Liz
Circulation Assistant
Liz holds a B.A. in English with a certification in English Education grades 5-12 from Westfield State University. She is currently a full time High School English teacher in addition to being a part time library assistant. Liz has just moved to the area and enjoys finding new hiking trails for outdoor adventures. She has a black cat named Cubby, loves to read, loves to sing (was a music minor in college!) and is teaching herself how to cook.

Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustees meets on the fourth Thursday of each month at 5:00 p.m. at the Minot-Sleeper Library to conduct library business. Special meetings may be scheduled at other times as necessary. All meetings are open to the public unless otherwise noted.
