About the Giving Tree
From late November through December, the Giving Tree offers community members the opportunity to support the enhancement of the library’s collection, either by selecting a title in person at the library or by choosing an item online. The Giving Tree is located inside the library and decorated with tags listing books, movies, and STEAM activities selected by library staff.
In-Person Giving
To give in person, visit the library and choose a Giving Tree tag with an item you would like to purchase, and bring it to the library desk with your payment (we accept cash or check). Library staff will then purchase the item, process it, and add it to the collection for the community to enjoy.
Online Giving
If you are unable to visit the library in person, you can still participate in the Giving Tree by purchasing items from our Amazon Wishlist. Choose the item you would like to give, complete your purchase, and it will be shipped directly to the library.
Bookplates
If you would like us to include a commemorative bookplate with your contribution, let the staff know what names you would like to be printed or add a note to your Amazon order.
